VERONICA FUENTES

Veronica “V” Fuentes, Chief Operating Officer and Wealth Management Advisor at Audible Wealth Management, has built a reputation as one of the nation's leading Certified Latina Financial Planners. Fuentes began her career as a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual in 2011.  She took on several leadership roles, the most impressive being the first Latina Managing Director in firm history. She was tasked with scaling the regional office and developing new financial advisors.

Fuentes graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in 2012. She holds several designations including the Certified Financial Planner designation, along with CHFC, CLU, CLF, and RICP. She also brings 10+ years of board member experience in different roles, and cited as one of the co-founders of the very first Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Prince George’s County, MD.

For Fuentes, financial planning is not only a career but a personal mission. She learned the  importance of financial planning with the unexpected passing of her mother. Fuentes is Peruvian and Salvadorian, one of seven siblings and is the cool auntie to 15 nieces and nephews. She grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and her dad is her biggest cheerleader. She enjoys spending time with her puppy – Romeo, working out, traveling, food, music, and quality time with her family & friends.
