LUPITA LECHUGA, RICP®

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by Mexican parents, Lupita Lechuga was the first in her immediate family to earn a degree graduating from Marquette University. Lupita has dedicated her career to people-focused roles, accumulating seven years of experience in college recruiting across various sectors, including financial services, sales, technology, administration, and manufacturing. She developed her strong work ethic and drive early on by assisting her mother with her residential cleaning business.

Jumping ahead, she has spent six years working as a Bilingual Financial Advisor. She began her career at Northwestern Mutual and was recognized with the “Woman of the Year” award in 2023. Lupita holds the RICP® designation that allows her to focus on wealth planning for clients in her current role at Audible Wealth Management. She remains dedicated to educating on topics such as investing, life and disability insurance, and estate planning through Audible Wealth, helping others create generational wealth. She is living out her purpose – serving others and impacting communities.

She currently resides in Chicago, Illinois with her husband and English bulldog. When she’s not working or attending a networking event, Lupita likes to hit the gym, spend time with her nieces and nephews, and attend her monthly book club brunches.
