Allison Adams-Jones, CPA

Allison Adams-Jones is the Director of Tax Advisory at Audible Wealth Management.  A Xavier University graduate and Certified Public Accountant, Allison brings over 20 years of experience in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services, with deep expertise in real estate, small businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. She has advised on strategic structuring for multi-tiered partnerships and closely held companies, providing clients with proactive and practical solutions to complex tax matters.

Before joining Audible Wealth Management, Allison spent 16 years as a Tax Director at CohnReznick LLP and 2 years with Deloitte Tax. She is a member of NABA, AICPA, and OWAHN, and is passionate about using her knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals with confidence and clarity.

Beyond her professional career, Allison served 12 years in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. She also played women’s semi-pro tackle football—an experience that highlights her drive, teamwork, and resilience.  Allison returned to her hometown of Fairfield, Ohio in 2014 and enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with her very large family. She is committed to empowering clients and helping them build lasting legacies through thoughtful tax advisory.
